When to split a PDF
Use Split PDF when only selected pages are needed from a larger document. It is useful for extracting a signed page, a receipt, a chapter, or a short page range without uploading the full file. The result is a new PDF containing only the selected pages.
Page range format
Enter single pages, ranges, or comma-separated combinations such as 1, 1-3, or 1-3,5. The range must stay inside the detected page count, and the tool limits overly long selections so the browser does not lock up on extreme inputs.
Privacy and limits
The source PDF is read in the browser, and selected pages are copied into a new local result. 100PDF does not upload the document to a 100PDF server. Password-protected, damaged, or unusually large PDFs may not split correctly, so keep the original and check the downloaded file.
