When to merge PDFs
Use Merge PDF when separate PDF files need to become one ordered document, such as combining scanned pages, receipts, invoices, or downloaded forms. Select two or more PDFs, arrange them in the order you want, and download a single merged PDF. The tool copies pages into a new file and does not require an account or a server upload.
Input, output, and ordering
The output keeps the page order shown in the file list. Move files before running the tool if the first document should appear later, or remove files that should not be included. Keep original copies because the downloaded merged file is a new result, not a replacement for the source PDFs.
Privacy and limits
PDF merging runs in the browser with local PDF libraries. 100PDF does not collect document contents, filenames, or passwords for supported tools. Very large PDFs, damaged files, or encrypted files can fail in the browser, so review the downloaded PDF before sharing or archiving it.
What merging changes
Every page from each selected PDF is copied into the new file. Pages stay in their original order within each source PDF; the file list only controls which document comes first. Merging does not remove individual pages, combine page contents, repair scans, or turn scanned text into searchable text.
Check the joins between files
Open 100pdf-merged.pdf and compare its page count with the total pages in the source files. Check the page where each source document ends and the next begins, since that is where an incorrect file order is easiest to spot. If a join is wrong, adjust the file list and create the result again.
